It is relevant to highlight that RT is an approach that seeks for innovation in pre-service and In-service teachers. So, the final importance of this approach is to improve our own teaching practice.

I see your point Liza, but take into account that reflective teaching not only occurs when you want to solve a problem, but also you can reflect on the positive things you are doing in the act of teaching.
