Read the papers "Teacher Development through Reflective Teaching" by Leo Bartlett and "Reflective Teaching in ELT" by John Murphy, and make a proposal to explore the potential usefulness of Reflective Teaching as a strategy to solve one of your particular teaching problems.
According to the reading about "Teacher Development Reflective Teaching" and relating it with the problem that I identified in fourth grade, my proposal will be the following :
Mapping: It implies that I am not only to observe what is going on in class, also I am going to make a reflection about it through journals, in which I analyze the activities that were developed in class and what were the response of my students in front them.
Informing: Here, I will discuss with another colleague about my classroom, +for this I will show my journals and some records.
acting: After doing reflection, I would take action on the implementation of music to improve their vocabulary acquisition. But, before it, I will apply a survey in order to know what other activities they would like to do.

That is great Liza. In this step the best option to know what strategies you will use to improve their vocabulary acquisition is to ask students through a survey. That is important since students will feel highly motivated because it is based on their personal preferences.
